Integral to the success of each project is Gessner Group's customary practice of project commissioning. Subsequent to the system startup is post project support where the engineering team performs facility start up testing, system refinement and training of maintenance staff. Continuous and open communication is facilitated between the engineering team and the architect, construction crews and various suppliers by the principal project manager to insure that complex design requirements are met, schedules and budgetary constraints are maintained and that every aspect of the structure meets and exceeds expectations.
